Any use of the GiftBasketCrossing web site is subject to the user agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. Please read this document in its entirety before purchasing any item through the GiftBasketCrossing web site.
Your personal information will be used for the purpose of processing each order submitted through the GiftBasketCrossing web site. We will however, release information to comply with law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of GiftBasketCrossing.com., our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Please read our privacy policy for more info on how personal information is used.
You agree to pay all credit card charges, including any tax and shipping charges, incurred by your use of this service.
YOU UNDERSTAND FURTHER THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE GIFTBASKETCROSSING WEB SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR YOUR SOFTWARE THAT MIGHT HAVE RESULTED HOWEVER DIRECT, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL FROM YOUR USE OF THE GIFTBASKETCROSSING WEB SITE OR ACCESS TO THE INTERNET.
Claims/ Damages
All damage claims, missing components, items effected by heat must be filed in writing via fax or email within 3 business days of the gift being received. NO exceptions.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a gift you may certainly return it.
1. If the gift is simply not wanted, or you are not satisfied you may ship it back to us at your expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full refund. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and untampered with.
2. If the gift is damaged, or spoiled and it is still within the 3 days of being received: The item will be call tagged and we will either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However if we cannot call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.
Substitutions and Returns
We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of GBC, a gift may be returned at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee.
If GBC has committed an error or a gift is damaged GBC will retrieve the gift and refund it in full or re-ship it. No additional discounts will be offered.
Returned Items
All packages returned to us by the carrier will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to but not limited to the original shipping charges. Additional shipping and address corrections may apply.
